Engadine herbal footbath

Participants can discover an Engadine way of reusing water on Saturday after the excursion: an Engadine herbal footbath in the historic village fountain takes place from 3.00 pm. Locals and holiday guests alike will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and do something good for themselves with the help of the spring water.

«The Inn – river stories between Zernez and Martina»

«Everything flows! Graubünden rediscovers its rivers as lifelines» – This is the new motto for Friday, 20 September at 6.00 pm. At the Aua Forta forum, the project from the last forum «The Inn - river stories between Zernez and Martina» will be presented. The En/Inn example should serve as inspiration and motivation to encourage other river regions to become part of the «River Stories Community» in Graubünden / Grisons.

Mineral springs

Origin of water tourism in Scuol

Over 20 mineral springs bubble up in the area around Scuol, which were first mentioned in documents in 1369. The towns of Scuol, Tarasp and Vulpera became world-famous 100 years ago as health resorts thanks to their mineral waters and still attract visitors from all over the world today. The Büvetta Tarasp drinking hall in particular attracted a great deal of attention thanks to spa and water tourism. Today you can marvel at the historic drinking hall from the outside, bathe in the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths, walk along the mineral water paths along the Inn, book experiences and explore village fountains to get closer to the history of water in Scuol.

GraubündenWASSER

The GraubündenWASSER association has the goal of "developing Graubünden into a holistic water region". Projects are pursued in the areas of "water and education" - such as the Forum Aua Forta, "water and tourism" and "water and culture".

Lower engadin mineral water

A good 100 years ago, the towns of Scuol, Tarasp and Vulpera were world-famous health resorts thanks to their unique mineral springs and spa cures. Even today, the water can be experienced on site.
